Industry problem statement

In 2017, the National Archives Administration issued the "Guidelines for the Construction of Enterprise Digital Archives (Rooms)", which put forward requirements for enterprises to equip with high-performance archive room infrastructure. In 2021, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Archives", which urgently requires innovative archival work concepts, methods, and models to accelerate comprehensive digital transformation and intelligent upgrading. Starting from the actual needs, Beitai Intelligence has repeatedly discussed the solution of building an advanced level of archives, and compiled and improved the archive room construction plan of Beitai Intelligence.
